Due to most orders being special orders, it is important our customers know and understand the SMM REFUND POLICY.  


The Market's 7 day policy: 

We ask that you notify us within 48 hrs of receiving your item (all items will have a tracking number from the USPS).  If 7 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange. 


REFUNDS - Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.  However, if the item arrives to you with a manufacturer issue, or an error made on our part, such as wrong color or size, you may request an exchange of your item within 7 days of receipt of your purchased item.  


EXCHANGES - No exchanges will be allowed until agreed to via email by all parties involved using our Exchange Agreement.   To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  We offer two options for exchanges of non special orders/custom designs:

  1. You may return the item after we have an exchange agreement approved by all parties.  Once returned, we will ship out a replacement item.     OR...
  2. We will ask you to re-purchase the item and we will reship the correct item to you along with a return mailer to return the incorrect item. Once we receive the incorrect item back and it has not been worn or damaged will we refund you for the original purchase. The item must be unworn, unwashed and free of smells. 


Special orders and custom designs are non refundable. 

To return your product, you please email us regarding shipping information.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.  If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SHIPPING - We ship via USPS or UPS Package Service. You will automatically be provided a tracking number when your item(s) ship.  We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. Priority mail is available at an additional cost.
